Explore and devlelop actionable and accessible somatic skills to support your emotional and mental health

These 1-hour sessions are personalized, in-depth, and may utilize talking and connecting, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation techniques, gentle physical movement (all abilities welcome, we can be seated in a chair or on a yoga mat), journaling, relaxation + other skills.
